SHIPPING POLICY:
U.S Based Shipping
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped. United States based orders can take up to 10 days to be received via our selected carrier (USPS, FEDEX, or UPS based on the size of your order). If more than 14 days have passed please email us at support@coolbreezebeverages.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
International Shipping
Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be shipped, as customs paperwork may be required. International orders could take up to 21 days based on location and customs holding time. If more than 30 days have passed please email us at support@coolbreezebeverages.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
CONSUMABLE GOODS - In order to meet the required return policy for food and beverages, *ANY OPENED AND/OR UNSEALED FOOD ITEMS are NON RETURNABLE. This is for the health and safety of our valued customers on the marketplace. Any *SEALED* bottles may be returned for a refund, however, Coolbreeze Beverages reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% if the item.
NON CONSUMABLE GOODS - A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged for any products that do NOT have a manufacturing related issue or item defect. We will always offer to replace any items if we have them in stock once we receive a photo to submit to our postal carrier for claim.
IF YOU HAVE ORDERED A COOLBREEZE PICK 3 / 5 / 6, we need to know the flavor choices within two days of the order being completed in order to ship these out in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel any order we do not receive communication regarding.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING - If and item arrives damaged en route to your address, we will absolutely replace the inventory but in order to process the damage claim with our carrier(s) we need picture to document the damage for the claim. Once we receive the image to file the claim we can reship the item!
RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR, OR SIMPLY DOESN’T LIKE THE PRODUCT Returns must be in their original cartons. Return postage is to be paid by the customer in this situation.
RETURNS DUE TO OUR ERROR - We will credit or replace from stock, as applicable. **PLEASE NOTE, ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS CANNOT BE PROCESSED IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN OPENED AND UNSEALED**
NON-CONSUMABLE GOODS purchased and shipped from our CoolBreeze Beverages warehouse(s), Including Amazon Prime orders shipped directly from Amazon, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as the item purchased is returned in new condition with the packaging intact.
If an item returned to our Warehouse arrives in any condition other than that listed under the return request reason chosen, CoolBreeze Beverages reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25%, or refuse refund for opened items. If the item is no longer needed or wanted, and is within the 30 day Amazon Returns window, the buyer is responsible for return postage to our Tampa, FL warehouse.
Once the item is received at our Tampa facility, we process the return within 24 hours of receipt. It takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CoolBreeze Beverages is not responsible for any customs fees or additional Country taxes beyond those collected on Amazon.com - Due to the handoff of packages between carriers internationally, tracking may only work until your package leaves the United States; You will need to reach out to your local postal carrier
