Refund Policy
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. When requesting a return, kindly provide a photograph of the item displaying its condition, along with the reason for the return. The item must be returned in its original packaging and maintain the same condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund based on the item's condition, a broken or damaged seal, or partial usage.
Our company adheres to a strict return window of 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please be aware that used or opened food items are not eligible for return or refund.
Upon approval of your return request and issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by Coolbreeze, you are responsible for arranging the return postage and appropriate packaging. For larger packages, we recommend utilizing UPS or FedEx, while USPS is suitable for smaller, lighter packages.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. In the event that we supply you with a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For international orders, duties and fees are not included. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees. We have no control over these fees.
Exchanges: We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send an email to admin@coolbreezebeverages.com, ryan@coolbreezebeverages.com and we will take care of the rest! Please note, that with certain exchanges or replacements, we will not require you to ship the item back to us.
In the event an item arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you reach out to us with your order information and a picture of the package and damage to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once we have this information, you will be provided a tracking number for the replacement item.
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- The item is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm the receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or in the form of a credit to your account. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of return delivery for the refund to be processed.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. You will receive an email notification from us once the refund has been initiated from our end. If there is a delay, we recommend contacting your credit card company and bank, as there might be a processing time before the refund is officially posted. Clearance Items: Refunds are applicable only to regular priced items; clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
